Tutorial Description

macOS Mojave is here, and in this special release show, Don takes a look at most of the new features.

With its new elegant Dark Mode, macOS has never looked better and Apple have also introduced some Dynamic Desktops images.

There's also a brand new way to organise your files on the desktop with Desktop Stacks, as well as many updates to the Finder. Don also shows you the smart new Continuity Camera feature that allows you to place images and scanned documents directly from your iOS device straight into your documents or file system on your Mac.

He brings it home with a look at the minor improvements to Mail, Safari and the Dock, as well as a brief look at three newly ported iOS apps: Home, News and Stocks.

We'll be taking a further look at macOS Mojave in upcoming tips videos.

The full tutorial covers:

  • Dark Mode

Great overview - thanks. I'm so frustrated though that quick look has introduced all these nice markup features, but has not let us copy text - which used to be possible way back when (mavericks?) with a bit of terminal magic - and was so very useful!
