Following on from the previous Plex episode [SCOM0531] (http://screencastsonline.com/mac/show/0531) I take a look at the Photos and Music Libraries in the free versions of Plex.
Whilst Plex is more commonly known for allowing you to manage and view Movies and TV Shows, it's also very capable of managing Photo collections and Music libraries.
The beauty of having all your media being managed by the Plex Media Server is that it becomes immediately available across platforms and devices. The Mac, iOS and Apple TV is fully supported, but you'll also find Plex clients available on Windows and Android, even Windows Phone. Plex is also supported across a wide range of devices such as Chromecast, Roku, Fire TV, Xbox and PlayStation.
As well as setting up Photo and Music libraries, I also take an initial look at the benefits of a full Plex Pass subscription.
With a Plex Pass, you'll find lots more rich functionality available to you and I explore the Premium Music Library as well as setting up Movie Trailers and Extras to make your movie watching much more enjoyable.

I was wondering if you ever had crashes with Plex? I run a Mac Pro to my 4K tv and it sometimes crashes with mouse movement but unresponsive apart from that. It may not be plex related of course.
I've never really had those issues!
Is Plex DVR in the UK showing the same channels as the offer in Freeview? Also, is this geo-fenced (ie, can I only watch UK TV channels)?
It's using the standard Free To Air Channels. As far as geo-fencing, it depends on the external device that you purchase, these are usually country specific.
